Welcome back from the weekend, everyone.

Before we get to the meat of today's edition, there are a couple of housekeeping items we need to get out of the way.

First and foremost, don't forget tomorrow's -- Tuesday's -- conference call for Oakridge Global Energy Solutions (OGES). It's going to take place at 2:00 pm EST. Bryan Murphy offers up the call-in details here, along with a preview of what the company expects in the way of revenue for the first quarter.

Not Even Draghi's Stimulus Can Rock the Market Out of This Rut

Howdy folks. Well, in light of Thursday's post-Draghi action (which was strangely muted considering what Draghi said/did), I think it's pretty clear investors just aren't sure what to make of what to make of anything. The response to a new stimulus in Europe mostly had bullish implications, but there was even a way for the bears to spin the story and suggest the stimulus was a glass-half-empty situation rather than a glass-half-full one. By the time the closing bell rang though, the market's indices were right back where they started, and right in the middle of the day's range, and basically at break-even levels. Traders just don't know what to do.

Of course, the indecision here makes a lot of technical sense. The S&P 500 is drifting just under a key technical ceiling. Conversely, the NASDAQ Composite is drifting just above a major technical floor.

We'll look at all the pros and cons as we usually do, but first, there's something bigger and better to show you about one of the site's Featured Stocks.

Good morning, friends and fellow traders. Yes, it's another pre-open edition of your SmallCap Network newsletter - the news just couldn't wait until after the close.

Of all the small cap names we're currently following at the site, Staffing 360 Solutions (STAF) should be the most familiar to most of you by now. That's because we've been covering it since the middle of 2014, primarily based on its bigger-picture growth opportunity. We've not been disappointed either, as this IT staffing agency has been doing everything it said it was going to do. That is, it's grown revenue by making smart acquisitions, ultimately aiming for a top line of $300 million per year. It's more than halfway there now, and given its current pace of growth it's going to reach its target within a couple of years.

The bulk of you know this already, of course. Even if you only read the newsletter or the website occasionally, the progress of Staffing 360 Solutions has been rather well documented by us.

Good Wednesday morning, friends and fellow traders. How does the saying go? When it rains it pours? If we're talking about good news from the SmallCap Network's Featured Stocks, the cliche has certainly been verified this week. This is the third straight day we've had company news that was too big and too urgent to wait until the end of the day to tell you. So, once again you're hearing from us early in the morning. You'll understand why in just a few moments.

It's another double-shot too, with news from Oakridge Global Energy Solutions (OGES) and New Global Energy (NGEY). In no certain order...

If you thought Oakridge Global Energy Solutions logged an impressive performance at the Orlando PGA Merchandise Show by virtue of its $250,000 in sales and $20 million worth of commitments, you may want to take a seat -- the company will be in attendance at an even bigger event next week, speaking to a crowd even more rabid than golfers... bikers.

New Global Energy (NGEY), Oakridge Global Energy (OGES) Within Reach of Breakouts Following Big News

Good Tuesday morning, one and all. Yep, it's another morning edition of the newsletter. We could have sent this edition yesterday since that's when the news came out. We didn't want to overload your inbox though, right after putting Pivot Pharmaceuticals (PVOTF)in the spotlight.

Thing is, this news is too big not to make sure you saw it. So, here it is, still plenty fresh.

Remember New Global Energy (NGEY)? We first unveiled this trading idea back on November 10th, pointing out how it had partnered up with a company called International Sustainability Group to develop and begin marketing a moringa-based protein bar. That partnership and product were just microcosms of what was to come with the budding moringa market, and NGEY was - and still is - in a prime position to capture a big piece of it.
