In the grand scheme of things, nobody should honestly say they're surprised. The company has been lining up these deals for quite some time, and though not all of them quite materialized in the way -- or when -- a lot of shareholders were expecting, all of the deals done thus far were deals the company said were in the works weeks ago, if not months ago. All the company is doing now is just gathering the fruits of their labor.

What I'm talking about is Cardinal Resources (CDNL). Yes, you've heard a lot about CDNL from us lately, but for good reason. You're hearing about Cardinal Resources again from us today for another good reason, but a reason I'm willing to best most of you didn't have on your radar since it was the opportunity we've heard the least about so far.

Regardless of how long the opportunities have been brewing up, just know that CDNL is going to be booking the sale of at least two Red Bird Systems in the fourth quarter, largely representing its inaugural revenue from the amazing device.

Barfresh Nails It Last Quarter With 400% Growth, and It's Just Getting Started

Welcome to the weekend, one and all. And what a week for the market, huh? And for that matter, what a week for some of our small caps stocks! Cardinal Resources (CDNL) gained nearly 400% on the Panama news we discussed a couple of times here in the newsletter, and I've got a funny feeling we could see Barfresh Food Group (BRFH) shares rekindle their rally started about this time last month following news that it has partnered up with none other than PepsiCo (PEP). Today's quarterly update and conference call from Barfresh were nothing less than amazing, and compelling.

If you didn't get to listen in on the call, don't sweat it - I'll give you the link to the replay below. In the meantime I just want to hit the highlights of the call and last quarter's results for you.

Good Thursday afternoon, everybody. Today's edition is going to be a little bit different than our normal discussion. We've got some huge news from one of our Featured Stocks - Cardinal Resources (CDNL) - but the bulk of today's newsletter is going to focus some pictures taken earlier this week of the news in question. As they say, a picture is worth a thousand words, and I think at this point an image or two can update the CDNL story about as well as words can. It's really quite incredible, when you stop to think about it.

Just as a quick refresher for those of you who may not own CDNL yet (or have forgotten about it), Cardinal Resources is the developer of a portable, self-contained water purification system that can meet the needs of communities ranging in size from 5000 to 20,000. Any non-salt body of water will do as a source.

Called a Red Bird System, these devices are about the size of a concession stand, and though they can be transported they can also become a permanent fixture, scrubbing even the dirtiest of water into something clean, safe, and plenty drinkable.

Happy hump-day, one and all, and congratulations to anyone who had the guts to remain in the market after Tuesday's lackluster session (during which it looked like the rally effort was already fading).

I think the reason for the rally is the obvious one. That is, even with a few red flags waving at the time, the Federal Reserve was still jockeying for a December rate hike when the Fed's governors met last month. With things not getting any worse - and maybe even a little better - in the meantime, I'd say the odds of a rate increase are even a little higher now than they were then.

We'll explore what it did for stocks below, but first, we've got another batch of news from one of the site's Featured Stocks... Giggles N Hugs (GIGL).

Welcome back to the trading week, one and all - we hope everyone had a nice weekend.

As we could have expected, last week's sizeable setback for stocks led to a bounce today. Let's not get too excited just yet though. This is nothing more than a dead-cat bounce so far. It's going to take a lot more than today's advance to shake stocks back into an uptrend.

We'll take our usual look at things below, but first, we've got news items to work our way through with several of our Featured Stocks.
