Good Friday all. Markets are behaving per our analysis still. We scalped 33% overnight on some QQQ Call Options and by the time you got our newsletter yesterday, you probably had an even better entry point than we did, so congrats to those who played that suggestion! That was easy money. Maybe it pays for a nice weekend or even a vacation for you? Advertisement Since we're getting very close to options expiration (next Friday), I suspect we're going to see some nice volatility in the index ETF's next week that may provide additional opportunities to flip some short-term options for some pretty nice gains. Stay with us on our analysis and you're probably getting some of the best market calls you will find anywhere. Of course we can't always be right but so far this year, we've been far more right than wrong, and that includes everything from our major market calls to our small cap and penny stock plays. Speaking of penny plays, we took on a new idea on the heels of yesterday's newsletter regarding how to spot hot penny stocks. You should have received an ad from one of our advertisers this morning on MDMC. That's a very interesting play and we've got a feeling that stock may start getting some significant attention in the weeks ahead, time will tell but the stock is in the social commerce space and we all saw what LUXR did for us, right? Time will tell, but we're going to make it a Featured Stock today after the market's close. Just wanted to give you a head's up first. Marine Drive Mobile Corp. (MDMC) is the brainchild of Colin MacDonald, president and founder, and grew out of his vision to create a service that would become a disruptive force in the online coupon space. The Company's mission is to transform the online coupon space by giving businesses a totally free online advertising platform that makes creating and promoting daily deals as simple as sending an email. eTeeoff is their flagship product, which was launched to introduce golf industry businesses to a zero-cost advertising platform, enabling them to create their own daily deals with the ease of sending an email. The Company's revenue model is built on transactions, not percentages of sales. Since they charge consumers a small transaction fee for each deal, the merchant pays NOTHING. Using this system, the merchant is able to collect and keep ALL the money from the purchase when the coupon is redeemed. The beauty of the model is that it inherently fosters a win-win situation. Consumers are able to secure excellent deals with little cost passed onto the merchants (since they collect the FULL face value of the sale and not a share of revenue). This in turn enables merchants to offer bigger and better deals without sacrificing their profits. Advertisement The space has been getting a lot of attention lately and I don't think it's going away anytime soon. However, it will be interesting to see how it all shakes out. This hot sector almost reminds me of the dot.com boom back in the late 90's, so I'm fairly certain there are going to be some small companies that emerge from this space smelling like roses. Of course, like with all speculative plays, there's some proving to do for MDMC but that doesn't mean you can't make money in the stock if it's got the wind at its back and it appears MDMC may just be having that happening now. I've included a daily chart here showing you something I mentioned in yesterday's edition. See how the stock has started picking up volume momentum on very little movement over the last few days? If this continues and the stock starts moving, your entry before the close today may be about as good as it can get for the idea. Like with all development stage ideas, don't get married to it until it is proving it's model. However, there may be a good opportunity here if it catches fire. As always, use trailing stops and never let a winner turn into a loser. Have a great weekend, let's see what the market brings us next week.
