Welcome back to the new trading week, one and all. We've got a fair amount of stuff to get through today, so let's just dig in, beginning with today's news from Sack Lunch Productions (SAKL).

You may recall when we first introduced SAKL to you on Tuesday that one of its big growth tenets was its opportunity to expand internationally. With those doors opening up, the number of branded events the company would put on this year was projected to grow from 100 last year to 250 (or more) this year. So, it's fitting - and telling - how just this morning Sack Lunch Productions announced it has signed a deal with a company in Japan that would give that organization rights to host up to three Lantern Fests over the course of the next five years.

With the first seed planted there, it will be much easier to spread its wings in that country.

Welcome to the weekend, one and all. Did everybody scoop up some Sack Lunch Productions (SAKL) on Tuesday after we formally introduced it to you? I hope so, particularly after the company announced its fiscal Q1 results. Revenue grew 43% on a year-over-year basis, and amazingly enough, that's not even the most exciting part about the numbers SAKL unveiled this morning.

Just in case you missed it on Tuesday, Sack Lunch Production is the name behind some pretty fun events you've been seeing more and more of lately. It's the organizer of the so-called Dirty Dash mud-laden race, Lantern Fest (the release of hundreds of flying lanterns by a massive group of people all at the same time), and its signature event called Slide the City... an event that turns a city's streets into a 1000-foot slip-n-slide. It's all about fun, and these events usually draw crowds well in excess of 2000. At $30 buck or more per head, one event can mean thousands in revenue for SAKL.

Thing is, we've only seen Sack Lunch Productions scratch the surface of what it can do on this front. Last year's 100 or so events are expected to grow to 250 events this year, and I wouldn't be surprised if the final tally ended up being even more than that.

Good Tuesday morning, everybody. We hope you had a nice long weekend. It's time to get back in the saddle though, and as promised in Friday's edition we've got a new trading idea for you that has the potential to do even better than Friday's 27% gain on SunOpta (STKL).

I'm going to do things in a slightly different order today than we normally do it, and take a look at the chart of this stock first. Why's that? Because the chart alone tells about 90% of the relevant story. Take a look.

The strangest thing about it is that they didn't talk about it beforehand. Yet, out of nearly 20,000 publicly-traded stocks in the United States, they both managed to pick the same one for completely different reasons, and they were both freakishly right. The stock they picked jumped 27% today.

The stock in question is SunOpta (STKL). The two individuals in question are James Brumley and John Monroe. The former is the editor and resident stock-picker for the new Under the Radar Movers newsletter, and the latter is dishing out daily trading ideas to Black Ops Trader subscribers. I did a double-take yesterday when I saw the ticker 'STKL' in the subject lines of not one but two different e-mails, thinking there was no way they independently came up with the same trading idea on the same day. But they did. And it was a good one.

The nearby chart tells the tale. After a harrowing but undeserved selloff over the course of May, SunOpta finally started to recover on Wednesday. John and James noticed on Thursday. Good thing for subscribers they did.

Good Wednesday morning, folks. Today's edition is coming to you earlier in the trading session rather than after the close for one reason and one reason only - after the close may be too late.

We mentioned in yesterday's newsletter we had a new trading idea for you. It was simply serendipitous how just a few minutes ago this very company dished out some news that now makes it a very interesting speculation. Before we get to a closer look at the company though, let's paint the proper backdrop.
