Welcome to the weekend one and all, not that this past trading week was especially exhausting. Even with Friday's big job-growth report from September in play, the S&P 500 essentially ended the week where it started it, and ended the week where it was trading as of mid-July. This range-bound stuff is getting real old.

That's ok though. As it turns out, the market's stagnation worked in our favor today as we had quite a bit of news from our Featured Stocks to process. In no particular order...

Vitality Biopharma (VBIO) is Now Up 111% Since First Look, and Still Goin' Strong

Well, it's pretty safe to say traders were unwilling to make any major commitments today, not knowing what tomorrow's unemployment report for September is going to look like. Although it's no longer the number-one data nugget Janet Yellen and her friends at the Fed are looking at (inflation has that honor now), it's still a very close second, and it has the potential to sway an interest rate decision if it's too far out of whack.

Still, there's plenty to talk about today here in the wake of a market lull.

First and foremost, we mentioned it on Tuesday but it's worth bringing up again... if you're interested in becoming an Elite Opportunity Pro member but wanted to know what kind of results John and his team were getting, you don't have to wonder anymore. The 2016 track record-to-date can now be accessed from the introductory page right here. In short, we think you're going to like what you see - he's beating the daylights out of the market.

Double Crown Resources (DDCC) Reminds Us There's More to the Story

Remember Double Crown Resources (DDCC)? You should. This is the company that came up with an ingenious way of transporting drybulk goods like gravel or coffee beans by converting an intermodal container into a dispenser. We've talked about it a few times now in the newsletter, tracking the idea's progress from the patent-awarding phase to what should soon be the licensing and then revenue phases. The so-called Translock2 -- or Translock Squared -- technology really does solve a lot of problems for companies that use bulk materials as well as for companies that sell them.

This morning's news has practically nothing to do with Translock2, however.

We've mentioned this a few times already, but it bears repeating now... Double Crown Resources isn't just in the container/dispenser licensing business. It's also in the natural resources business, and in the gold and silver business in particular. It's not in the business the way most miners are, though.

Biotricity (BTCY) Just Installed a Bigger Revenue Spigot

In retrospect, we're not the least bit surprised Biotricity (BTCY) is widening its focus area from just the cardio-monitoring space to a couple of other key markets. As strong as its heart-related technology is, the most potent aspect of its tech is the remote-monitoring aspect of it, which has applications far beyond keeping close tabs on heart patients. It would be a waste not to address other natural markets.

That being said, we're also glad Biotricity confirmed what we already suspected -- a decision from the FDA regarding its bioflux heart monitor is expected within weeks, rather than months. That alone could light a near-term fire under BTCY shares.

If none of this rings a bell, to fully appreciate what Biotricity just announced this morning we have to take a step back and look at what the company is doing, and how its doing it.

Staffing 360 Solutions (STAF): Revenue Growth of 30% Topped by EBITDA Growth

Good morning one and all. We almost waited until the end of the trading day to deliver Wednesday's newsletter, which is when it's normally sent. Given the nature of today's early news though, we decided waiting until after the close would be too late. This information has the potential to really move one of our Featured Stocks.

Remember Staffing 360 Solutions (STAF)? This was an IT staffing agency we started following in 2014 when it was just getting started on a roll-up strategy that would eventually make it a company doing $300 million in annual sales.

We haven't been disappointed. Like we told you back on September 19th, the company's preliminary revenue figure of $47 million for the recently completed quarter was not only 30% better than the year-ago top line, it translates into an annualized run rate of $188 million. Staffing 360 Solutions is well on its way to its target revenue.
